Meet the Team

Christine Keck is a visionary and accomplished leader in education with over a decade of experience shaping schools and advocating for school choice.

As the founder of The Meliora School, a proposed public charter school in Gwinnett County, GA, and a founding staff member of two successful charter schools, Christine's work is driven by the belief that education can transform lives when scholars are seen as individuals.

Her leadership focuses on creating dynamic, student-centered environments that prioritize personalized learning, with an emphasis on entrepreneurship and computer science to prepare students for an ever-evolving world.

Christine is a champion of educational innovation, advocating for the need to move beyond the one-size-fits-all approach in traditional schooling. Her commitment to recognizing and fostering each student's unique potential is central to her work with Teach For All's Global Principal Community and the Fred Rogers Educators Neighborhood, where she builds strong community connections and empowers students through personalized and innovative approaches.

An alum of the University of Rochester and Columbia University's Teachers College, and a current Vanderbilt University doctoral student, Christine brings extensive expertise in curriculum development, public speaking, school administration, and process improvement. She has taught PK–12th grade and began her journey as a Teach For America corps member.

In addition to her leadership roles, Christine coaches aspiring school leaders at both Columbia University and Teach For All’s Global Academy, deepening her commitment to advancing leadership in education. Throughout her career, Christine has consistently improved school culture, increased performance outcomes, and driven lasting change in the communities she serves.

Her dedication to ensuring every scholar has access to high-quality, personalized education is reflected in her consulting work and grant-writing expertise. Christine's focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion ensures that her initiatives are inclusive, impactful, and aligned with broader educational equity goals.   • Meliora Monday's-Virtual Town Halls

    10/7, 10/14, 11/4. 12/3, 12/17

    First, we are hosting Meliora Mondays, a series of virtual town halls where community members can engage with us as we shape the school. These town halls are essential for ensuring the community is involved in co-designing our school.

  • Hack-a-Thon for Potential Scholars

    In December (exact date TBD), we will be hosting a Hack-a-Thon for potential scholars. This event will showcase the computer science and entrepreneurship pillars of our school. Please stay tuned for more details!

  • Entrepreneurship Intensive Camp

    We are in the process of developing an Entrepreneurship Intensive Camp over Thanksgiving Break. More details will be shared as plans are finalized.
